An extensive Business Development career, often working remotely whilst reporting to HQ’s in Brazil, USA and UK  has attuned my capacity to work unsupervised and be detail-oriented, successfully delivering on the targets assigned. It has also taught me to do thorough and constant market research to keep pace with market trends to identify potential clients and opportunities. In recent years, I made a significant shift from the media to the environmental industry – a shift that has untapped a profound desire to apply my analytical skills to identify and foster technologies and companies that can help tackle our most challenging  environmental threats.

I reach out to EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety), Production and Innovation decision makers in key manufacturing sectors in Brazil, Mexico and Portugal to help them treat and add value to their machining chips (a manufacturing process) using COMETEL’s machinery. The valuable yet contaminated metal (aluminium, bronze, titanium, etc) chips can thus be profitably sold/safely smelted for recycling.

Frequent travel to media-related trade shows across Europe (MIPTV, Ficod, etc), Asia (ATF), USA (NATPE) and Latin America (Rio Content Market) to connect with clients and prospects. Helped to localize client servicing by interacting in native languages: Spanish, Portuguese and English as needed.
